This is an artificial collection of materials with a variety of provenances, documenting the Trent University Faculty Association (TUFA) strike in 1991, including strike bulletins and information sheets, Communications Office Bulletins, communiques from Students FEAT and A.N.S.W.E.R., Trent Student Union communiques, copies of student papers Arthur and Lilith, OCUFA Forum and CAUT Bulletin, TUFA parity buttons, transcripts of TUFA internal meeting, an untranscribed cassette tape of CBC interviews, 14 tapes of radio broadcasts and meetings, and other records. Also included are an oversized poster used on the pickets and a copy of the new three-year collective agreement between TUFA and the Trent University Board of Governors ending the strike.

This fonds consists of documents and correspondence relating to the presentation of Trent University honorary degrees to Dr. J. Harry Ebbs and Mary Northway. The fonds also contains documents relating to Mary's death and her bequest of two million dollars to Trent University, various documents relating to Ontario camps and to the Brora Centre, and miscellaneous photographs.

This collection consists of 4 scrapbooks of newspaper clippings relating to the early history and development of Trent University.

This fonds consists of research in the 19th and 20th century Canadian historical geography, specifically emigration and settlement from British Isles to Upper Canada, the Trent Canal use during WWII, the environmental and cultural consequences of flooding from the Trent Canal dam in the late 19th century, and research on Bon Echo, Algonquin, and Banff National Parks. Research is also included on European migration and land settlement patterns and processes in Cape Province, South Africa in the early 19th century and in Western Australia in the early 20th century. Included in the research materials are several maps, a small collection of photo negatives, and microfilm reels.

Fonds consists of correspondence, interview audio cassettes and notes, and manuscripts relating to Alf Cole's book, Trent: The Making of a University, 1957-1987. The fonds is organized into three series: recorded interviews (audio cassettes), interview notes, and research files and chapter drafts.

There are layouts, original artwork and subscriber information for several issues. Conserver Society Notes, which amalgamated with Alternatives, also has material in this collection.

Series consists of meeting minutes, planning documents, alumni retreat meetings, correspondence, and reports that detail the activities of Alumni Services and Engagement with the Trent University Alumni Association as well as the wider institution.

Fonds consists of records documenting the activities of Alumni Engagement and Services and its predecessors, including efforts to engage with Trent alumni in collaboration with alumni chapters and the Trent University Alumni Association (TUAA). Records include annual reports, planning documents, alumni council meeting minutes, correspondence,, Trent Magazine drafts and articles, and updates from alumni. Also included are records documenting events and engagement initiatives, including reunion weekends at Head of the Trent, chapter events, talks, dinners, the Alumni letter writing campaign, fundraising campaigns, and award ceremonies. Also included is promotional material from these events; photographs, video, and sound recordings of events and talks; and memorabilia created and collected by alumni. Fonds also includes the planning documents for some of the events with corresponding promotional material. This fonds consists of a copy of an address called "World Leadership in Business", given by Anthony Cekota to the Foreign Trade Club of Detroit on January 21, 1954. Also included are two pieces of correspondence concerning a visit Cekota made to Trent University and the donation of the above paper to Trent University Archives.

This fonds consists of materials relating to the stage production of "18 wheels", July-August 1992, and includes 13 related photographs and 24 negatives. Also included are stage sketches for the plays "Man of La Mancha", "Rock and Roll", "The Red Lion", and "We Must Kill Toni", plus 13 unidentifed photos.

The fonds consists of lecture notes, correspondence and records related to Professor Barbara Rooke and her membership in the Department of English at Trent University.

Collection includes a poster titled "Second Annual Bay Bell Memorial Race at Kawartha Downs" and 2 photographs with race horses: "Hiawatha Parade", 1984; "Francis T. Return", 1985. The race was sponsored by The Social and Athletic Association, Trent University. Bay Bell was Head of Security at Trent University, 1967-1983.

Fonds is comprised of audio tapes, scrapbooks and photographs related to Betty Lynn Viney’s experience as a student at Trent University from 1965 to 1969.

Fonds includes photographs and textual records about the student life of Brenda Brownlee, Class of 1966, at Trent University. Folders include admission letters and correspondence from Trent university and the University of Toronto, convocation programs (1969, 1970), and Brownlee’s academic records. Also included are production programs for “Gilbert and Sullivan,” “Patience,” and “The Mikado,” along with 13 small black and white photographs of the rehearsal of The Mikado (1970). There are also 3 larger black and white photos of the Champlain College exterior buildings. Additionally included is a booklet related to the Trent Development Fund, titled “An Individual Experience,” which contains several black and white photos of Trent University campus, and additional information.
