Fonds consists of records documenting the history and activities of Camp Tanamakoon. Records include song books, brochures, forms, camp activity resources, a large set of slides, photographs, videos, photo albums, scrapbooks, and uniforms. Fonds is arranged by format in five series: Textual materials, CDs and DVDs, photograph albums and scrapbooks, slides, and uniforms. See series and file descriptions for more information.

This collection consists of sound and video recordings of Generals with camping personalities undertaken by other camping associates. This artificial collection was accumulated by Trent Archives and includes tape recordings found in other camping accessions. Also included are recordings of conference sessions and cassette tape recordings of sessions, addresses and keynote speeches given at the International Camping Congress held at Toronto, January 1983.

This addition to the fonds consists of the Canadian Camping Association's Board Executive minutes, reports and documents from 1976 to 1981. Also included are: a 1967 annual report; provincial association liason materials; Canadian Camping Magazine editorial committee minutes, reports and correspondence; a 1968 Canoeing Instructor Course manual; a survey of camp directors and staff, 1975; a CCA Task Force final report, 1977; and two audio disc recordings of a talk by John Fisher (Mr. Canada) delivered on CBC, 26 March 1950.

This addition to the fonds consists of the records of Dr. Mary L. Northway which include: household records, tape recordings regarding family genealogy, property records, records of her participation in the Ontario Camping and Canadian Camping Associations. There are also miscellaneous records concerning the winding-up of the Northway Company Limited of which Dr. Mary Northway was president.

This fonds consists of administrative papers of the OCLC, and includes lists of staff members as well as delegates for programs. It also includes an extensive collection of staff photos as well as photos of camp buildings, etc. Also included are maps of the camp, and papers related to programs.

Fonds consists of Ontario Camping Association administrative records, minutes, surveys, newsletters and correspondence. Also included are textual records, photographs, slides, CDs and videos relating to various Ontario Camping Association member camps, including extensive material on the Bark Lake Camp.

Fonds consists of materials pertaining to the Brown Bag Program of the Ontario Camps Association (formerly Ontario Camping Association). Materials include brochures, photographs, staff manuals, registration packages, correspondence, and audio-video CDs and DVDs. Also included are OCA guides, reports, and marketing materials, and two papers on the subject of camping.

This fonds consists of administrative papers of the Society of Camp Directors and includes minutes, bylaws, and correspondence. Also included are transcripts of interviews with past Society presidents, materials relating to the Society writing awards, and slides of Society members.
