Fonds consists of records created and accumulated by Lady Eaton College.

The papers of Box 1, covering the years 1970-1984, concern more than just Lady Eaton College. Apparently records of the Committee on Undergraduate Standing and Petitions were accumulated in the College and are presented here. Similarly, there are records of the Academic Development Committee as well as Lady Eaton Council and Cabinet minutes and Supervisors of Studies materials. Further boxes were added in later years.

Collection consists of major reports, studies, statements, and other public documents produced by Trent University and its bodies. Files are organized in chronological order, by year.

The records of the Northern Chair consist of committee minutes, taped lectures, correspondence, records related to Thomas Berger, Dennis Patterson, Mary Simon, William Taylor, etc. and cover the dates 1986-2003. The records were forwarded to the Archives in 1993 by Peter Kulchisky, in 1996 by John Milloy, and in 1998 by Bruce Hodgins. A further addition of tapes, reels, and videos was received from the Audio-Visual Department in approximately 2012 and added to existing boxes.

Fonds consists of records from Otonabee College, including council minutes, administrative matters, Japanese Thought and Culture Program materials, College handbooks, Dennis Lee project, student housing, and Cabinet matters.

File consists of photographs of Trent students taken by fellow student, Neil Rodgers. Also includes a copy of the first Trent student handbook, 1967-68, with note attached.

Collection consists of recordings of lectures given at Trent University by faculty and guests.

Files include news clippings, correspondence, brochures, reports, memos, policies, speeches, programs, and other records. This collection is a great place to begin research on Trent University.

Fonds consists of records created and accumulated by the Trent University Vice-President (Finance).

Fonds consists of records from the Vice President (University Services) that relate to the Trent Centre for Community Based Education.

Fonds consists of material relating to the research and initiatives the Trent-Fleming Trail Studies Unit engaged in. Files include correspondence, reports, research material, pamphlets, brochures, conference materials, and other materials. Photographs document the Northumberland Forest trails. CD-ROMS documents project reports. VHS tape documents the television coverage of the Rails to Greenways Conference (1993). Fonds is arranged into 5 series: Unit operations; Communications; Correspondence; Conferences, presentations and committees; and Projects and research.

This is an artificially created fonds relating to successive fundraising campaigns. Fundraising campaigns have existed at Trent as an on-going process. The earliest campaigns, Founding and Development, were succeeded by the Second Decade Fund, the Continuing Advancement Fund, the Fund for Excellence, the For Tomorrow Campaign and the Beyond Our Walls campaign. Collection consists of slides of Trent University. Most series include slides created for promotional presentations for Trent University. Slides document construction, buildings, campus scenery, special events, faculty and students, classrooms, and more.

This addition to the fonds consists of correspondence, deeds, surveys, appraisals and letters regarding the donation of Windy Pine to Trent University.

Fonds consists of minutes, correspondence, and reports relating to the Committee on the Status of Women (1974-1986), records relating to the Margaret Laurence lecture (1987-2004), and correspondence and reports re the establishment of the Women's Studies program (1986-1988).
