Fonds consists of records documenting the history and activities of Camp Tanamakoon. Records include song books, brochures, forms, camp activity resources, a large set of slides, photographs, videos, photo albums, scrapbooks, and uniforms. This fonds consists of records of a Jewish Boy Scout Camp called Camp Tamarack. The fonds has minutes of the Tamarack Association, correspondence, form letters, bulletins, photographs, financial statements, inventories, accounts, reports, camp programmes, menus, brochures, insurance policies, construction proposals, Public Health Department licenses and reports, minutes of the Camp Services Co-operative and other information regarding school camping and the Boy Scouts of Canada.

Fonds consists of administrative records and correspondence documenting Camp MI-A-KON-DA, mostly from the period when Catherine and George Ross were the owners of the camp (1979-1998). Records include staff and C.I.T. manuals, director's notes, registration information, publicity material, and staff recruitment material. Material relating to the 1979 and 1998 ownership transfers is included. Correspondence includes letters to and from parents, campers, staff, and camping associates.

File consists of 35 member badges for the Bricklayers and Masons International Union (local 17) and the Pattern Makers League of North America Peterboro Association.

This series consists of many awards Johnston won after publishing her novels Hero of Lesser Causes and Adam and Eve and Pinch-Me. The most notable award she won was the Governor General’s Award for her novels Hero of Lesser Causes (1992) and Adam and Eve and Pinch-Me (1994). This series also includes press clippings, event invitations, four photographs, correspondence, and pamphlets surrounding the awards ceremony and events from 1992-1995.

This fonds consists of documents pertaining to Arthur James Marshall Smith, i.e. birth and baptismal documents, a marriage certificate and contract, passports, U.S.A. naturalization documents, his death certificate, etc. Also included is his Governor General Annual Literary Award medal, received in 1944, and two personal photographs dated 1925 and c1932. Correspondence regarding the purchase of the A.J.M. Smith collection by Trent University, and lists of books, hand copied in pencil, are included. Other correspondence addressed to A.J.M. Smith and to Peter Smith from Buffy Glassco, Ralph Gustafson, Leon Edel, and others is included.

This is an artificial collection of materials with a variety of provenances, documenting the Trent University Faculty Association (TUFA) strike in 1991, including strike bulletins and information sheets, Communications Office Bulletins, communiques from Students FEAT and A.N.S.W.E.R., Trent Student Union communiques, copies of student papers Arthur and Lilith, OCUFA Forum and CAUT Bulletin, TUFA parity buttons, transcripts of TUFA internal meeting, an untranscribed cassette tape of CBC interviews, 14 tapes of radio broadcasts and meetings, and other records. Also included are an oversized poster used on the pickets and a copy of the new three-year collective agreement between TUFA and the Trent University Board of Governors ending the strike.
