Fonds is comprised of correspondence, newspaper clippings, articles and photographs pertaining to Leslie M. Frost (1895-1973), Gertrude Frost (1894-1970), Cecil Frost (1897-1947), Robert John “Jack” Beal (1919-1994) and Eileen Beal, Robert “Bob” Beal and other family members; also included are documents related to the family’s ‘Pleasant Point Cottage’.

File consists of a photograph of Hon. Mr. Justice Samuel Freedman, who served as Chief Justice of Manitoba from 1971 to 1983. In 1972 he received an honorary degree (Doctor of Law) from Trent University.

File consists of five photographs of Charles K. Fraser, who was the first chairman on the Board of Governors from 1962 to 1967. Photographs includes Thomas H.B. Symons and Alex Edminson.

File consists of four photographs of Bob Franklin, who was part of Trent University's Physical Resources, cleaning a window.

File consists of a portrait of Alan Franklin (d. 2005), an Associate Professor of French at Trent University from 1968 to 1994.

This addition to the fonds consists of records created by Frank Morris. The fonds is arranged into the following series: correspondence, manuscripts and typescripts; postcards of the British Isles and Canada; photographs and negatives of botanical species from field trips; glass lantern slides of flowers, fine arts, museums, and scenes of Europe; and maps, mostly of Great Britain and Ontario.

The fonds consists of the correspondence and manuscripts of the Peterborough author and teacher, Francis J.A. Morris, primarily relating to his interests in botany, entomology, and classical and modern literature. The papers include both prose and poetry selections, some of which are unpublished. Morris wrote for diverse journals, among them the Canadian Forum, and the Canadian Entomologist. Also among the papers are published copies of some of his works, and copies of the works of other authors, mainly in the field of natural science and botany or entomology. There are photographs included, some of which are reproduced here.

This fonds consists of records and photographs concerning the military career of Francis Frape of Peterborough, Ontario.

This addition to the fonds consists of 10 letters (some fragments) written by Frances Stewart to her granddaughter and relatives in England, concerning her pioneer life in the Peterborough area. There is also one photograph of Harriet as young child which was photographed in London, England (biographical information is written on the back of the photograph).

File consists of one framed photograph of a woman, inscribed "Your loving Hope 1912." Photograph is from [illegible], Toronto.

File consists of two photographs of Ron Fox looking at film negatives.

The fonds consists of family and related papers of Henry Fowlds and his family including James S. Fowlds and H.M. Fowlds. It also includes business correspondence, invoices, some journals and cashbooks, mortgages as well as deeds regarding the business of Henry Fowlds, Jas. S. Fowlds and Bros. and H.M. Fowlds. In December 2001, Trent University Archives launched an online exhibit which depicts Helen Fowld's experiences in World War I. File consists of one photograph of the Honorable Eugene A. Forsey who was Chancellor of Trent University from 1973 to 1977. Forsey also served in the Senate of Canada from 1970 to 1979. In Spring of 1978 Hon. Forsey received an honorary degree from Trent University (Doctor of Laws).
