This fonds consists of three notebooks of typewritten notes entitled "Reference Notes on the Cree", and one photograph of P.G. Downes with Richard Finnie. The notebooks contain bibliographic sources, alphabetically arranged, their contents briefly analyzed and evaluated in terms of their usefulness to the study of various facets of Cree society. The notebooks also contain a number of Prentice G. Downes' writings.

File consists of a photograph of Dr. Ruggles (Rug) Bernard Pritchard (d.2013). Pritchard was the director of Health Services from 1974 until his retirement in 1992.

This fonds consists of 59 photographs and 16 tintypes, (mostly unidentified), and one scrapbook with a number of original artwork pieces including two paintings on leave.

Series consists of files on various projects and research conducted by the Trail Studies Unit. Files include work and projects on the Northumberland Forest, rail trails, trail mapping, university and college trails, and Ontario provincial government grant funded research projects. Series also includes 41 photographs of the Northumberland Forest trails.

File consists of various published records and a copy of published volume titled "Echoes and Reflections of Flora M. Morrison 1912-1981" inscribed to Mally Gibson. There are 2 photographs stapled to back cover: one of Flora Morrison and an unidentified person (1972) and one of an Algonquin Park picnic with Mary W., Flora Morrison, Mary Northway, and Betty W. 1930. Also included is a Toronto Star newspaper article regarding the Flora Morrison choral fund, 1983.
