File consists of photographs of Walter Pitman (d.2018), held many positions during his career at Trent University, he was the Associate Registrar (1965-1967), the acting Director of Part-time Studies (1967-1968) and the Dean of Arts and Science (1972-1975). Pitman received an Honorary degree (Doctor of Laws) in 1993.

Poole received a number of awards, the Symons Award for Excellence in Teaching (1995), Ontario Confederation of University Faculty Associations Teaching Award (2002), Society for Teaching and Learning in Higher Education’s 3M Teaching Fellowship (2002), and Excellence in Teaching from the Canadian Mathematical Society (CMS) (2009). Poole is the former Associate Dean of Arts and Science, Teaching and Learning (2002-2013).

Preceptor Psi Chapter of Beta Sigma PhiThis fonds consists of three notebooks of typewritten notes entitled "Reference Notes on the Cree", and one photograph of P.G. Downes with Richard Finnie. The notebooks contain bibliographic sources, alphabetically arranged, their contents briefly analyzed and evaluated in terms of their usefulness to the study of various facets of Cree society. The notebooks also contain a number of Prentice G. Downes' writings.
