        This fonds consists of correspondence and photographs of the Reverend Frank Beazer, his wife Gertie and his brothers Fred and Jack, as well as notebooks of study helps and sermon notes of the Reverend. There are also published records regarding World War I, the Masonic Lodge, Orange Lodge and Loyal Order of the Moose.

        This addition to the fonds consists of records relating to the career of Reverend Elgie Joblin such as correspondence, church bulletins, yearbooks, newspaper clippings and photographs. The records deal with various charges throughout Canada and most of the records concern his career administering residential schools, native education and religion.

        This fonds consists of publications, photographs, news clippings, bulletins and reports pertaining to Reverend Elgie E.M. Joblin's interest in Indigenous affairs and in particular, the education of Indigenous peoples in Canada. Included in the fonds are references to the Canadian Association in Support of Native Peoples, the Indian-Eskimo Association, copies of Indian News and a Cree hymn book. Also included in the fonds are 14 scrapbooks of clippings on native issues.

        This fonds consists of two watercolours with one identified as Hastings, Ontario, and and the other identified as Forest City. Also included in the fonds are two pencil sketches and a photograph of another sketch. One sketch of two farms and a river with a steamboat on it, but otherwise unidentified. The other sketch is of the Anderson house, the Ashfield house, Mr. Harry Fowld's house and the Wanamaker's house, all in Hastings, Ontario. The photographic reproduction is of a sketch entitled Hastings on the Trent, Ontario. The watercolours and sketches were created by Rev. Michael A. Farrar.

        This black and white photograph is of a man in clerical dress and is by the Roy Studio of Peterborough. On the reverse, the name "E.H.D. Hall" (a Peterborough lawyer associated with the firm of Hall, Gillespie) is written in pencil. The subject of the photograph is identified in pencil on the reverse as "Rev. Herbert Simonds [sic] ". Symonds married Emma Boyd, daughter of Mossom Boyd. They had several children including one son, Herbert Boyd Symonds (Boydie). He was killed in W.W.1.

Files include correspondence, research notes, newspaper articles, genealogical resources, and biographical information on contemporaries of Thomas Need and his family members, including a family tree. Files on Need cover both his time in Canada and England. Files also include references to other settler families living in Bobcaygeon, Ontario (Verulam Township), and the surrounding area, including Cobourg, Colbourne, and the Bobcaygeon locks. Other families or contemporaries mentioned include the Boyds, Langtons, Nicol Hugh Baird and Thomas Stewart. Series also consists of biographical information for Thomas Need, Reverand William Welfitt, and the Robertson and Junkin families, including wills, newspaper clippings, and correspondence.
