This item is a Charles E. Goad fire insurance plan of the village of Queensborough, Ontario as at August 1904. It includes a key to symbols.
Charles E. Goad Company - Underwriters' Survey BureauFile includes a broadside advertising the auction sale of Northcote Farm on Lake Katchewanooka, property of Dr. Campbell Mellis Douglas. Most of Northcote Farm became part of Lakefield College School in 2007; a small part of Northcote is retained by the Gastle family. Also included are two small hand-drawn maps by George Douglas of Northcoate Farm, ca. 1909.

Also included are 5 illustrated maps, including of the Lower Great Lakes [ca. 1740], Great Lakes Heartland, French posts, Amerindian nations, and Kanawake and Lake Champlain routes [ca.1726-1748], and of birch bark country [unknown date].
This fonds consists of correspondence and photographs of the Reverend Frank Beazer, his wife Gertie and his brothers Fred and Jack, as well as notebooks of study helps and sermon notes of the Reverend. There are also published records regarding World War I, the Masonic Lodge, Orange Lodge and Loyal Order of the Moose.
