Fonds consists of material relating to the research and initiatives the Trent-Fleming Trail Studies Unit engaged in. Files include correspondence, reports, research material, pamphlets, brochures, conference materials, and other materials. Photographs document the Northumberland Forest trails. CD-ROMS documents project reports. VHS tape documents the television coverage of the Rails to Greenways Conference (1993). This series consists of film, video, and photographs of varsity and intramural athletic events and games at Trent University, including rugby, volleyball, soccer, rowing, cycling, skiing, Head of the Trent, and athletic banquets. Series includes photograph albums, print photographs, negatives, and photographs and video stored on CDs, VHS, and other media. See file listing for more details.

Fonds consists of correspondence, meeting agendas and minutes, reports, photographs, tapes of WSA meetings, news releases, newspaper articles, legal documents, and publicity materials pertaining to the WSA. Also included are background documents and discussion papers for the Forestry/Land Use Management Plan developed by the WSA, and research materials (primarily photocopies) pertaining to forests and logging, fish and fisheries, wildlife, biodiversity and environmental matters.
