This fonds consists of two volumes of notes with pasted-in illustrations of house and furniture design. Included are University of Toronto lecture notes on history of household life and loosely inserted in the volumes are further notes and examinations.

File consists of a letter to Douglas Pimlott from the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development (Jean Chretien) about creating master plans for National Parks. File also includes the script for a 1966 talk by Pimlott, entitled "Should we be proud of Ontario's park system?", and a photocopy of his article titled "Education and National Parks."

This fonds consists of original, print and photocopied records compiled by Doug Sadler, as a member of the Citizens' Advisory Group, relating to the proposed highway #28 by-pass around Peterborough, Ontario. Included in the fonds are correspondence, minutes, petitions, feasibility studies, reports, maps and plans. The proposed construction of the by-pass was highly controversial and these records illustrate the interaction between modern government and its machinery and concerned local citizens' groups.

This addition to the fonds consists of field naturalist newsletters and journals from across Ontario, with many of the publications including illustrations. Also included in the fonds are numerous bird spotting forms and error forms for the Ontario breeding bird atlas.

Fonds consists of Douglas Sadler's correspondence, notes, papers, addresses, and teaching materials related to outdoor education. Included are records related to a course for teachers of Native children (1970), and to Sadler's participation in an Art and Design Education in the Atlantic Provinces Conference in Halifax (1973).

Series consists of records relating to Doug Sadler's writing and publishing activities, including research materials, manuscripts, articles, and reviews.

File consists of two photographs of Tommy Douglas (1904-1986) former Premier of Saskatchewan from 1944 to 1961 when he resigned and became the leader of the New Democratic Party until 1971.
