John Bertram & Sons was a business in Dundas, Ontario in the early Twentieth Century.
Custodial history
This item was once a diary from 1893. Later John Bertram & Sons used it to keep track of daily transactions and orders. This they did over top of the diary. At an even later date someone started to use the book as a scrapbook by pasting newspaper clippings over top of the John Bertram & Sons entries. These clippings were removed sometime later before the journal was donated to the Trent University Archives.
