This fonds consists of the records of the Cobourg foundry. It includes journals, ledgers, correspondence, accounts, pay lists, bills, receipts, contracts and specifications of jobs done as kept by James Davidson, founder and machine shop operator. There is also some correspondence from A. Munson of Oil Springs, Canada West relating to the oil industry, as well as correspondence from Henry Fowlds with regards to work done and payment of accounts.
Cobourg FoundryThis collection consists of an undated broadside of furniture and house furnishings of Disney Bros., Bowmanville, and an undated broadside of ladies' and children's clothing, Hardy's: The Hewson store in Cobourg, Ontario. It also contains a broadside detailing conditions of sale of the Innes Mill near Grafton dated 1876. With this broadside is an original bill of sale, signed by purchaser George Fowler and dated December 12, 1876.

Included on the reel are the following: Letterbook, 1825-1842; Band Council Minutes, 1834-1848; Peter Jones Entry Book, 1831-1848 (includes band council minutes, correspondence, addresses, and petitions); and Band Council Minutes and Correspondence, 1842-1867. The reel is Series A - Vol. 1011, T-1456.

Included also are typed notes compiled at a meeting at which Massey was present, on "Diplomatic Machinery", held in 1931.
Massey, Charles VincentThis fonds consists of manuscripts of three poems by Wilson MacDonald: "The Song of the Undertow", "A Song to the Valiant", and "Graduation Day". There are ten pages of play titles with short critiques and names of publishers. Also included in the fonds are two letters from A. Maclaren giving lists of plays and authors, dated 1922 which are addressed to Vincent Massey.
Massey, Charles VincentThis fonds consists of correspondence, newspaper clippings and miscellaneous documents. The creator of the fonds, Charles Latimer is nephew of Donald Sheridan who was a member of the Industrial Workers of the World (the Wobblies). Along with nearly 100 associates, including correspondents represented in this fonds such as David Ingar and Richard Brazier, Sheridan was sentenced to Leavenworth prison for expressing anti-capitalist, anti-militarist opinions during World War I.

Frost, Cecil GrayThis item is an account book which appears to have been that of a Peterborough area shoe retailer, C.E. Smith Boots and Shoes. Loosely inserted in the book is a letter dated 1913 from Hastings written by J.F. McCarthy to C.E. Smith, esq., regarding an order for a pair of shoes. Several of the accounts itemized in the book are with shoe companies. Glued in the book is a "Bank of Montreal, Peterborough" bank slip.
