        General note

A note from Jean Piercy to Dr. Fern Rahmel accompanied this map. In it, Piercy says, "It [the map] was among my husband's papers, so I can only assume it was in his care when he was overseas in the R.A.F. W.W.II." The note is now located in the Jean Piercy donor file, Trent University Archives.
