The fonds consists of a cash book, dated April 1, 1871-January 3, 1883 and an account book, dated 1881-1882 of the Fairdale Cheese Company.
Fairdale Cheese CompanyFile consists of contact sheets of Peter Gzowski and his family. The sheets are mostly undated and some indicate that the photographer was John Reeves. There is one photographic print that is a copy on paper. The reverse of this sheet has handwritten notes.

- Obituary (October 6, 1986) of Miss Rita Pengelley who apparently had the above original diary in her possession
- Typed information regarding the Pengelley family, received from Miss Rita Pengelley, Pilgrim Cottage, R.R.1, Bailieboro, October 14, 1970
