Fonds consists of administrative records and materials relating to the development of the Frost Centre.

Fonds is comprised of correspondence, newspaper clippings, articles and photographs pertaining to Leslie M. Frost (1895-1973), Gertrude Frost (1894-1970), Cecil Frost (1897-1947), Robert John “Jack” Beal (1919-1994) and Eileen Beal, Robert “Bob” Beal and other family members; also included are documents related to the family’s ‘Pleasant Point Cottage’.

File consists of photograph of Hon. Leslie M. Frost at the presenting of his portrait in 1971 and at convocation (n.d.). Frost, was Trent University's first Chancellor from 1967 to 1973.

File consists of twenty-eight photographs and one negative of Dr. Marion Fry a Philosophy professor at Trent University and first Principal of Traill College. She also received the Symons Award for Excellence in Teaching in 1987. Photographs include David Morrison, Robert Carter, and David Page.

File consists of 3 large folders containing records documenting the original furnishings of Trent University, as chosen by Ron Thom. Records include Ron Thom's list of furnishings (May 1964), a list of suppliers, newspaper and magazine coverage, and copies of correspondence between Thom and Vice President Denis Smith and President T.H.B. Symons. Also included are furniture specifications and designer information, drawings, and duotangs of purchase orders for the Bata Library, the Peter Robinson College Town House, and the Science Complex.
