The 14 photographs are of individuals, and of the landscape of the area. The photographs were issued with the purpose of "calling for the issuance of a bill to protect atomic bomb survivors and calling for a total ban of atomic weapons". (Taken from the folder which encloses the photographs.) The text on the folder and the photographs is written in Japanese.
