Tillicum CrewsThis fonds consists of a blacksmith's account book belonging to John Tinney of Cavan, Ontario and a small pocket diary kept by a soldier, Hector Tinney who served overseas in World War I. Also included in the fonds are a number of post cards of Belleville, Ontario, Trenton in Ontario as well as a photograph of Hector Tinney and the Tinney blacksmith shop.
Tinney familyThis collection consists of three ledgers of business accounts and one ledger of accounts for School Section No. 5, Mariposa Township, Victoria County. This is especially interesting as it goes from 1856 to 1907 giving teacher salaries and other expenses. Also included are 58 black and white photographs of Nova Scotia circa 1900.
Tolmie, Mrs. A.B.Fonds includes personal and professional correspondence, press clippings, descriptions of benchmark occasions, and award certificates from Storey’s Trent University career, including The Canadian Council for the Advancement of Education Communication Award (1986), the Big Brothers and Big Sisters National Commendation Award (2000), and the Trent University Eminent Service Award (2011). There is also a large photograph album highlighting the 40 years that Tony spent at Trent University. Also included are 12 individual photographs of Storey, including headshots, 1 photo of Storey receiving the Big Brothers and Big Sisters National Commendation Award, and several group photos with unidentified individuals. Additionally, there is professional correspondence related to university matters, alumni associations and events, and the establishment of the Alumni House in Champlain College. There is also personal correspondence between alumni associations, colleagues, and friends, including thank-you cards, e-mails, greeting cards, and event invitations.

Township of Asphodel-NorwoodFonds consists of records from the Trent University Athletic Centre, documenting the department's development, its facilities and program offerings, and varsity and intramural sports. Fonds includes records from Paul S.B. Wilson throughout his time as Director (1966-2002). Fonds also consists of records about the growth and development of the Athletics Department including architectural briefs, reports, correspondence, promotional materials, photographs, and slides. There are also many photographs, scrapbooks, and CD’s containing records about intramural, varsity, and community sports. The sports documented include synchronized swimming, rowing, volleyball, basketball, swimming, hockey, squash, soccer, rugby, curling, field hockey, fencing, cycling, and karate. Also included are Michael Treadwell's correspondence and brochures of various racing sailboats, and material gathered from other universities' athletics programs.

Trent Day CareFonds consists of records of the Trent University PC (Progressive Conservative) Club, a student organization, from the late 1960s and early 1970s. Records include PC Club minutes, correspondence, and other papers, as well as materials issued by the Progressive Conservative Youth Federation (PCYF) Ontario Progressive Conservative Student Association (OPCSA), and Progressive Conservative National Headquarters. The first file in the fonds contains a handwritten "list of materials from Trent PC Club turned over to government documents section, Bata Library," dated May 2, 1973, and includes a list of the contents of these files.
Trent PC ClubCollection consists of press clippings about Trent University, primarily received by the University from a news clippings service. Clippings include articles from various news sources on the university, its faculty, staff, students, alumni, events, events, projects.
The fonds consists of fiscal statements of the Trent Regional Ballet Association, including tax statements, receipts, and disbursements. Also included is correspondence relating to finances and hall rentals. Additional material consists of newspaper clippings, newsletters and programmes, and lists of names of board members and general members.

This collection of papers was received from Professor Roy Edwards in 1987. Most of the materials concern the boat Turtle Two which was owned by the Biology Department at Trent University and used for river-based experiments. The word Turtle was derived from Trent University Research and Teaching Laboratory for Experimental Work. The materials cover the years 1968-1973.
