Trent ESL received many students through the KASP scholarship. Successful students continued to undergraduate studies. The program ended in 2018.
File consists of a scrapbook for the Canadian Culture Summer English Experience (CCSEE) program. The program ran in 2019 only, and was largely organized by Caroline Bedros, the ESL student assistant. Campers came from a high school in Peru, resided in home stays, and engaged in activities on Trent's Symons campus. The scrapbook includes photographs and messages from the campers.
The TESL certificate program, for qualification recognized by TESL Canada, was run by Continuing Education with instructors from Trent-ESL.
File consists of a presentation book containing testimonials and photographs from ESL and international students from China and Taiwan, written in their first language.

File consists of a presentation book featuring testimonials from Trent-ESL and international students, written in their first languages and sometimes translated. This book features students from Korea, China, Vietnam, and Russia. Also includes photographs printed onto paper. The section on Vietnam also documents the activities of the Vietnamese Organization at Trent (VOT).

Fonds documents the work of the Trent-ESL program and experiences of its students. Records include brochures, posters, and student guides. Fonds also includes 3 testimonial books featuring stories and photographs by Trent-ESL students and alumni (2003-2014), a scrapbook of the Canadian Culture Summer English experience program (2019), and a memory book on the history of Trent-ESL, produced for its final celebration (April 2026).
